Hanumanla Heights
Project type
Residential
Date
2024
Location
Hyderabad
A facade is not decoration. It’s climate, privacy, light, and daily use made visible.
For Hanumala Heights, the east facade is shaped to receive the first light and push it deep into the apartments. Openings and balconies are placed to support ventilation, reduce glare, and create a comfortable edge between inside and city. Materials and textures are kept cohesive, so the composition reads as one system.
We also treated the rooms behind the facade as part of the same design problem, especially the Pooja room.
Pooja room detail:
Needed diffused east light, dust control, and smoke exhaust
Used a facade jaali + fixed window for filtered morning light
Added a high-level exhaust fan to release ritual smoke
Turned a small, overlooked space into a deliberate daily moment
