Les Ateliers Hyderabad Workshop (2024)

Rahul Palagani and Sasank IVS were selected as Assistant Pilots for Les Ateliers de maîtrise d’œuvre urbaine (Cergy-Pontoise) for its International Urban Planning Workshop in Hyderabad. In this role, they supported the research and preparation phase, including contribution to the workshop’s Hyderabad context document, and assisted with on-ground workshop coordination (25 November–6 December 2024).

Hyderabad: The Long-Awaited Dream of UNESCO World Heritage Status (Two-day Exhibition)

Studio Hyderabad curated the two-day exhibition Hyderabad: the long-awaited dream of UNESCO World Heritage status, presented by JNIAS SPA at the Conference Hall, GP Birla Centre, Naubat Pahad, Hyderabad (4–5 May 2024). Curated by Rahul Palagani and Sasank IVS, the exhibition was based on the research of Dr. Vasanta Sobha Turaga (Vasaamaha Consultants).

Studio Hyderabad selected as winning team for Phool Bagh under i’Local (Imagine @ Low-cost Action Lab)

In February 2024, Studio Hyderabad’s proposal for the Phool Bagh site (New MLA Quarters), Hyderabad, was selected as the winning entry under Imagine @ Low-cost Action Lab (i’Local), an urban rejuvenation competition by Hyderabad Urban Lab Foundation in collaboration with Wipro Foundation. The project is currently in discussions with government stakeholders for on-ground execution.

Ruptured Doorways of Our Past | World Heritage Day 2022 Photography Exhibition

Rahul Palagani and Sasank IVS served as curators for Ruptured Doorways of Our Past, a World Heritage Day 2022 photography exhibition by Parampara (Aurora Heritage Club), held at Aurora Design Academy, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (18 April 2022). The exhibition responded to the ICOMOS theme Heritage and Climate, and presented selected photographs shortlisted from 200+ competition entries, alongside an installation reflecting on heritage vulnerability under climate stress and human intervention.
